30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return period, meaning you have 30 days after receiving an eligible product to request a return.

Return Condition
For returns under our voluntary 30-day return policy, products should be returned in substantially the same condition in which they were received and, where applicable, with their original accessories and packaging.
Proof of purchase may be required.
Different rules may apply when exercising mandatory statutory rights, including the EU right of withdrawal described below.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.
We recommend using tracked shipping and keeping your receipt and tracking information until the return has been completed.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer law, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products are not affected by this policy.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing eligible products online within the European Union generally have a statutory right to withdraw from qualifying distance purchases within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
Our voluntary 30-day return policy does not replace or restrict this statutory right.

When exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, you are responsible for handling products only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
You may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.
Unless otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods following a withdrawal.
Refunds
Once we receive and, where appropriate, inspect your returned product, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will normally be returned to your original payment method, unless otherwise agreed and permitted by law.
Where required by law following a statutory withdrawal, eligible standard delivery charges paid for the original order will also be reimbursed.
For statutory withdrawals, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional processing time after we issue your refund.

In some circumstances, we may ask you to return the original product and place a new order.
Your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected.
Non-Returnable Products
Certain products may be excluded from withdrawal or return where permitted by applicable law.
